Outdoor living space added on to this beautiful home in Walker, LA.  This new home lacked a usable outdoor covered space.  The back patio was barely large enough for 2 small chairs much less an outdoor kitchen. The client came to us with this challenging addition to their existing roof line as there were several roof pitches that came together in this area they were looking to extend from.

 

MLD used 3D design software to design a space that incorporated an outdoor kitchen space, a seating area, as well as a storage space and small outdoor bathroom.  We were able to provide renderings for the clients prior to construction so they could visualize how the roof lines would be tied in as well as kitchen layout and seating area.
